Nancy is an ACE certified Health Coach, a Gold ACE certified Group Fitness and Personal Trainer, and an RRCA Certified Running Coach. With over 35 years experience in the fitness industry, Nancy inspires clients to celebrate their gift of life with lifestyle habits that contribute to good health. The founder of Get Real Fitness, Nancy has personally trained hundreds of clients of all ages and fitness levels. She also conducts group Boot Camps, Running Camps, Stretching Classes, Classes for Seniors, Spinning Classes and Fitness Vacations. Nancy has competed in 28 marathons and held the New England 30K title for Masters Women for nearly 10 years.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from UNH, and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Early in her career, Kim was a competitive gymnast for 10 years, overcame a serious back injury, and then became a springboard diver. She now participates in duathlons, road races, and the occasional fitness competition. On the weekends, you can find Kim downhill skiing, hiking, or training for upcoming sports events. Kim enjoys working to rehabilitate clients with fitness-related injury, using strength training along with agility and balance to reach new levels of fitness, and hopefully return them to their favorite activities. Kim has worked in the fitness arena for 20 years. She teaches Spinning, TRX, CORE, Kettlebells, Stott Pilates, and other Specialized Programs. Kim has two children, Robert (5) and Jackson <1, and lives in Rye, NH with her husband, Joe!
Lynn is an AAAI Certified Personal Trainer. Lynn believes clients benefit most from a fitness programs that allows for cross training and exploring different realms of exercise. To create your ultimate fitness program, Lynn will emphases on creating a program based on thier interests and idea of fun, in order to find to a life long venture into health and fitness. She applies her enthusiasm for outdoor sports in all seasons, while encouraging clients to “think out of the box” to venture outdoors and beyond. Some of her passions include downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, and trail running.
Mary Jo brings her energetic soul and experience to every class she instructs. She's been an avid athlete her entire life. From a competitive swimmer in her early years, to a collegiate basketball player, and a successful Triathlete.
MJ is a certified fitness coach and spin instructor. She has been happily teaching fast paced, motivational and challenging classes since 2010. Her main focus is always on coaching each client to reach his/her full potential all while keeping a smile on their face. Mary Jo's sense of humor is contagious, and no doubt makes everyone in the room laugh alongside her.
She believes that music, whether a strong beat or soulful lyrics, creates an energy from within that makes us want to move. In her classes you will feel more and think less with a workout that goes beyond calorie burning into something deeper…something that resonates from the inside out.
